Question: I'm sequencing in the Kurzweil K2500XS, but I'm not sure that my question bars answers from other machines, so have at it, please!
MIDI 123 is the ALL NOTES OFF command sent on all MIDI channels.
I'm wondering if placing a Controller MIDI 123 command at the very beginning of all my SONG sequences, would be a wise safeguard against any artifacts from a prior performance interfering with the next performance, or could that cause an issue of some kind that I am unaware of?
I do not wish to, nor intend, to hit my PANIC button after each song as a safeguard. I'd like to just have the ALL NOTES OFF programmed into the extreme beginning of each SONG to start afresh.
Ever hear of anything like this before?
