Outstanding track!

The orginal track that Harris posted occassionly clipped. You did an awesome job of adding drums and smoothing the tune all around!

Thank you for the kind compliment. I have to confess about using a little multiband comp on the final mix. I didn't notice the clipping, but then my ears are toast and my snare is the toaster.

It is a good song and I love the inherent melody and chordal structure.

One nit I do have though is that I can't clearly distingusih the words she sings at all times because she gets a little to carried away with an abdundance of emotion and she forgets to have her vocal clearly follow her emotion.

Thanks for listening. I can promise you the track never clipped. Nothing ever got above -18db while tracking. I just didn't compress or envelope her vocal before I posted it here, and it gets hella' loud in places, but if you're hearing clipping, you need to check your setup.....It'll be smoothed out once I get it done.

WOW...good song!!

So I was digging around some old threads and came across this one. And I'm glad I did. Great song. Any way we could hear the final mix?
