Anyway, I know this isn't a democracy, but I vote that the person PayPal blamed be limited to ACH to prevent any possibility of a corporate shill screwing up the buy, but still allowing that person to participate in the buy.

Agreed. Especially if Chance opens it up for new buyers. This nutjob will just sign up under a new identity and proceed to jack everything up again.

Assuming, again, that PayPal is telling the truth. In my mind, PayPal's trust level is 0.5... on a scale of 1 to 10....

I've never personally had a problem with paypal, but I must admit I've never felt 100% safe/confortable using it.

In this situation though, I can understand one's suspicions regarding a transfering of money of our amount overseas.

The fees on the otherhand, is a different story.
