Any younger guys here? Seems like most people on this site are older. Anyone younger and making good mixes????

Just goes to show why the younger crowd is in here, sitting at the feet of engineering elders (well, people who have been working in the industry or in the private sector for long enough to have an inkling of an understanding about this stuff)... we don't know crap :D

I've been frequenting this site for about 1.5 years and am just starting to get halfway decent recordings... and there is still a LOT of basic stuff that I am bad at - and I suspect that is similar to what a lot of young people are dealing with.

I just turned 21. I may be one of the youngest here.

I'm 19, n there's quite a few younger guys here. I'm not really making good mixes at the moment though. Still building the studio :o

I'm about 7 yrs old in dog years. Does that count? ;)

Nothing new really. Waiting on a guy to help us cut and hang the doors, but he's dead busy atm. After that, it's just soldering, and absorption panels to make, and a few small things, and it should be ready. :D

Btw, you know anyone who wants a drumkit 4 xmas? I have 2 to sell, and time's really running out, lol.

Also, i thought you were younger than 26, lol.

i'm 21 and certainly don't call myself an "engineer".

i just have some modest equipment and a little knowledge.

I'm 26 but sometimes act 12. That averages to 19. Does that count?
