i think it is quite important that if you submit a track to be evaluated that you take the time to respond to comments likewise. please remember that in order for somebody to make a comment they need to download your track ...listen to it...evaluate it and then make a balanced judgment on it...

if i search for "joy division" no problem...everything that contains both those words. but if i search for "new order" all i get is everything with "order" in it...but not "new" as well. so how can i search for just "new order"????? cheers.

what was that other forum that dealt with the higher end of home recording. i posted a couple of unanswered post on 64bit drivers the other day but i think maybe its better suited to the more advanced user forum. thanks in advance guys.

anyone know what usb or pci or firewire cards are out there that come with 64bit drivers that work well?? i know plenty that dont.....prefeably in the same ballpark as my m-audio fast track pro. cheers.

here is the problem....im moving into a small flat for a year or so and have decided to store away all my gear including my mackie monitors and just do it all on my laptop. the only thing that bothers me is that i need a set of set powered monitors that can just sit on my desk and be easily put...

does anyone know what drum machine was used on "treasure"...on searching the web it seems to say the roland 808 but the drum sound on treasure sounds much better that the 808 which got me wondering if there wasnt some sampler or something being used.

made more usefull music in two weeks on the yamaha than i did in the last few years on the roland. i dont miss those odd moments when nothings happening and i dont know why!!!!!

i was wondering what the best approach would be to setting up a slimmed down kit that would enable me to lay down a good rythm into midi ..be it loops or straight thro..and then prehaps overlay with some fills cymbals ect . i already have an alesis dmpro and a roland six pads in one type thing...
