I'm looking for some tom mic mounts that will hold sm57's and will not move!!!!!! I've tried two different ones and they just piss me off@#@!#!$)(!! :mad:

Has anybody used an NT4 for a room mic? It's a cool Idea, but I'm wondering how durable they are.

OKAY, IF YOU WERE TO HAVE TWO (MATCHED?) PAIR OF BASS DRUM MICS.... WHAT WOULD THEY BE? Now do they really have to be matched? :confused:

If you were to choose between a 8,10,12,13,16,18, toms which would you pick for a 5 or 6 piece. This is an old 9 piece that I'm re-vamping. I'm looking at the 16"&18" but dont know about the rack toms.

If I wrote a song 10 years ago and it was a different sound, or rhythm, or Lyric. Should I try to rewrite it or reproduce it? Or should I keep it the same.

Okay, I don't want any secrets but; How does everyone generally record drums? Does the scratch track build off of the drums following a click or Can you track the scratch with the Bass, guitar,Vocals following the Click. Drums come in after scratch only if the others can be on the click???? I...

My friend and I got finished with a recording session today. We exported cubasesx files from my comp. to his Hard drive. When he tried to export them on his it showed an error????

I dont know if this has been posted before but, I would like to know what style you play?, how many pieces to your kit? I like the Peart style,not too busy but interesting! I play a seven (used to be nine) Piece Pearl Export. Happy Easter! :)
