Okay, so in order for this to be a sweet Recording for drums,
what do I need to remember?
He's driving down 100 or so mles to record on my kit.
I need to be totally set up so not to waste his time!
Pearl 8 piece old export (Basswood)
TOM'S 8,10,12,13,18
+ his floor tom.16 or 20
I'll be starting with an akg 418 on the 8"
then 57's for the 10-13, 56 on the floors!
Oktavas 012 on the crashes/ride
sm on the hi-hat
Oh, and a D112 on the Bass Drum
=12 channel MX400 into 3 delta 44's into Cubasesx.......
Okay, if anybody want's to turn this into a set-up bashing then
