heck maybe even a few hundred dimes...
Anyway, I'm going to be selling my Fender Ultimate Chorus amp quite soon (I'm picking up a new amp friday). It's old, a little bit beat up (cosmetically, not functionally) - has maybe two smallish tears in the tolex, and one small hole in the grill cloth. Here's the dilemma - it's missing one of the knobs. I can buy a 6 pack of the knobs for basically $10+$5 s/h. And I can't seem to find any place that sells them, or is willing to order them individually for me.
So the question is simply this. On ebay, lets say, do you think having all the knobs would translate ultimately to a high bid that is $15 more than the same amp w/o a knob? Is it worth it to buy a 6 pack for $15 just to sell the amp, and be stuck with 5 knobs I don't need?
I just wonder if a bidder will see the missing knob and think that it's a sign that the amps been abused or something, you know?
