hahahahaha

man, what to say about them :D

the recording is good, i can hear all the parts just fine
it's a little sparce, that's all, and it's missing the sparkel of a mastered track.

the mp3 compression sounds like poo though, so anything could be happening in the hi-end and you'd never tell from this.

and you should move this to the mp3 clinic if you want more responces.

wow...

the playing is pretty spot on...

the Vocal reverb seems a bit heavy

spread the guitar

not bad for a Floyd cover...

I don't like purevolume simply for the fact that they use the worst encoding in the world. Just thought I'd let that out :)

It's taking too long on my dial-up, so I'll check it from work on Monday.

I remember you talking about this cover. The one I'm doing with Blindfold isn't finished yet.

And, BTW - Hot Carlos?

LMFAO!!!! Excellent!
:D :D :D :D :D

Sounds decent Nick. Everything is a bit sparse, but you should be able to fix that. Sounds like the overall quality of the recording is good.

oooops i thought i was in the clinic (my bad)

anyways thanks alot guys!

yeah i always thought that this is missing something but i dont know what to tweak

i guess ill just mess around

I had to pump up the bass a little (just to suit my taste) and I have to agree that there is just a little too much reverb on the vocals. Otherwise I think you did a pretty good job on the rest of it. When I boosted the bass it filled up the sparseness and rounded things out nicely. I hate to admitt it but I've recorded lots of stuff that sounded lots worse.

yeah when i play the non-hosted version it is alot more bassy!

thanks alot :D

Try a delay on the vocals and some of that reverb on the drums.
Sounds cool though.

Well, I finally listened to it, and I pretty much agree with what everyone else has said. It seems a little sparse, but overall it's a very nice effort.

The version I've been working on with my friend should be done soon. You'll have to let me know what you think!
