As for drumcorps vs everything else, who gives a flying goose fuck? I don't particularly care for drumcorps as it sounds completely unmusical to me. Do I think they have no talent? Hardly. It takes some incredible chops to do what they do, I just think the bulk of it sounds like absolute shit. I'm sure there's plenty of them who can groove their asses off on the kit (Tony Royster Jr being a fine example of that)
