I am Asian and I love hip hop (rhymin' and listening); I come from a middle class family so I never do gangsta rap, why doesn't this white boy do what I do. I think that crap artists like 50 do well because little white kids in rich neighborhoods (who probably never meet black people) buy his albums, consequtially (sp) having stereotyped images of blacks and thinking that they are gangsta.
My advice to whitey is:
Rap about what you know and deal with
DON'T DO GANGSTA RAP, IT IS THE NEW VERSION OF POP MUSIC
Keep goin', no matter what; I have a weird voice and a lisp and I keep on rhymin'.
Once again, NEVER call yourself a gangsta; that is what keeps people from listening to non-black rappers who have potential. That garbage will hurt others.
