What you have is workable, however I bet you can get a better sound. Looking at the spectrum analyzer while goofing with this on the daw (I've been in a constant state of boredom lately), you seem to have captured the drums pretty much flat "on the level" frequency-wise so I think your capturing everything just fine recording-wise. The snare could stand to use some light 2:1 soft-knee compression.
I think the "twinkling" compression noise of your MP3 encoding is causing alot of annoying tone with the crash cymbals more than anything although the O.H. mics could stand to come down a little in the mix. Try using a free LAME-based encoder such as WinLAME to create almost CD-quality MP3s at 128kb.
Everything but the cymbals sound pretty dull and lifeless as if it's being recorded in a really dead/dampened room or your dampening the drums too much or trying not to hit the snare so loud as to not piss the neighbors off. Undampen or record in a more lively room and it would probably help 10-fold. In the meantime, you might try adding a little more stereo width and small/mid room reverb to the snare and OHs.
Try boosting the 1.5-3.5k range on the bass drum while pulling a little somewhere in the 200-370hz range to get a little more "focus".
