Nice, don't have any suggestions, sounds very well performed and mixed.

Nice Job.

Man, that's a good grove. Totally in the pocket and flawless IMO. Great mix to my ears. I wouldn't change a thing.

thanks jimi....

i want to bring the drums out a bit more, add some more impact to the snare and some more point on the kick....
all kinda subjective things, i know, but i think it will dial the mix in...
i'm also thinking i want to re-track the electric guitar part, i hear a different tone in there, than the one i ended up with.

good to know i'm close, tho.

The snare could some more impact.
I love your guitar and bass tones. Nice balance in general.

edit: the low end at 3:20 is really great.

I think the snare needs to be a little more forward.

Smokin' guitar playing and tones throughout, as per usual. That you singing?

I like the laidback vocal approach. @ 2:13 interesting and abrupt transition, I like the bookend at 2:38. Nice composition, mang.

more impact, check.

the low end there at that point, yeah, i mean, it's just the bass chugging along with the kick and snare,
so it's easy to rule!
LOL

yep, i don't have a lot of 'snares' on the tracks, so it's hard to get any snap... but i can tweak the 3-5khz range to bring out just a bit more of the attack, and a little bit of level, and that should do it.

yes, this is me singing, i do all of my vocal tracks.

thanks for checking it out

Vocals are fighting the guitars a little here. Maybe try a high shelf and then go back a de-ess if needed.

Gonzo-X, the reason I don't review your stuff is twofold:

* It's usually really good. It doesn't need my review.

* You review nobody else's stuff here, so fuck you. I mean, how many times have you ever reviewed my stuff? Go ahead, count the times.

I didn't listen to your song either.

LUKE,
appreciate the comments.....
i don't think a de esser is called for here, there is no sibilence issues, it's just a subjective call on how hot to make the lead vox....
i kind of like it tucked in a bit, so it becomes more a part of the music than standing on top of it....
i know some folks like em hot....
