Would the Yamaha S90es be good for live performance? It's heavy as hell, but I don't know if it is good for that or not. I'm hoping it is! Cause I have one, lol.

a buddy has the predecesssor.... and it's great for live if you dont have to move it yourself.... it's even heavier than my kurz...

A piano bar buddy of mine uses one exclusively with he does solo gigs. Nice board! I lug around my Motif 8 and LOVE using it live.

Awesome. I have a boyfriend to help with the lifting. I don't know when I'll get my solo gig going, but I had to have this keyboard. It's got the motif soundset, so that's pretty cool. And yes it is heavy as hell! I do a lot of recording with it anyway, but it sounds better through the headphone jack on the keyboard than through my DAW. It sounds a little 'duller' on the DAW.
