If the Yahama has line out (or headphone out), the simplest way is to connect this to a computer's line in. Download a program (such as Reaper) that can convert a file to MP3. Record the keyboard's output, then render it as an MP3 file.
The computer's line in may not give the best sound, but should work. If you want better, you need to think about an audio interface.
