E esun127 New member Jan 29, 2003 #1 I want to get a Yamaha P80 in the near future solely for its piano feel and piano sound. Would it be possible to use it later on as a a controller for a synth module like a Korg Triton rack if I decide that I want to mess around with synthesizers?

TexRoadkill Audio Bum Jan 31, 2003 #2 Sure. It doesn't have any pitch wheels though so that may be an issue. The Yamaha S80 is only a few hundred more and has more sounds on it.
