Hi, Has anyone any experience (or thots & opinions) using a Yamaha CDR-HD1300, HD1000 or HD1500 as a mixdown recorder, as opposed to maybe a Masterlink? The Yamaha is a hard disk recorder/CD recorder that's supposed to have great sound/converters. It seems the closest thing to an Alesis Masterlink I've seen. From the reviews I've read, I'm actually wondering if the Yamaha may have equal or a bit better performance than the Masterlink.....minus the mastering effects of the Alesis.....(and is less expensive). Anyone? thanks, KK
