Yamaha aw4416 monitoring on stage help

hi guys i'm a newbie here, i'm interested in how to set up the monitoring with my aw4416? the omni out jacks what are they for? let's say that i want to set up a stage for my band and every instrument of the band want to have his own monitor with a different levels setup, how do i do that?
I mean let's say that a guitar player wants to hear him self more than the others and the vocal too , and so on for each member, is it possible? Thanks guys

The AW4416 is a recorder.

Why are you apparently using it as a live mixer, if you want to set things up "on stage"?

Try giving a more detailed description of what you're actually trying to do. As far as I know, I'm the only AW4416 owner/user actively on this board, so unless you get very specific, I'm not going to be able to help.

Do you have the stock standard AW4416 or does it have an additional I/O card? If so, what ins and outs does it have?

Do you have the device's manuals?

The omni outs are for sending various signals out of the machine for various purposes.
