XT20 Hours?????? (kinda urgent)

Would you consider an XT20 with about 2300hrs for $400 a good deal???? I mean, Im sure Ill have to replace the head later on,(by the way how much will that cost me?) but i can squirrel away money for that.

The average headstack hour usage is about 2000-3000 hours. They cost about $600 to replace. A used XT with 500-1500 hour goes for around $800. Sounds a little high to me.
