I received the Oh No! message.

Only recently figured this out myself, and had a feeling of DUH after:

1. Remove the last part of the URL (the song name behind the last /).
2. The URL will bring you to the user's site.
3. Find the song and press play!

Easy!

thanks paw.....

i just click on the link, and it goes straight to it.
i don't know why it would change for anybody else.....
?
the mysteries abound.

The beginning is a slap in the face for the unwary!
I like the way it starts to break down before "Let's go".
Good tambourine!
I like it!

I dig it!!! Checking out your other stuff now!!!

It may actually be too bright! [holy crap, is that possible on a home recroding? lol]

The kick and snare are too mushy for my tastes, very little presence. Bass guitar suffers a similar fate (to a lesser extent) in the mix. Seems the guitars are the focus here, by design.

Great overall though. The above notes are minor issues. Smokin' leads.

I agree with Pinky, the kick needs to be much tighter. Everything else sounds very crisp and clean. I love the intro, or rather, lack of it!

rayc!
alright, you got in!
thanks man...
yep, it kinda hits the ground runnin'

i like the idea of the breakdown, gives a second for the ears to rest.
then it allows to build it back up again.
thanks for listening and commenting

keith
thanks man, yes, check it all out....
some of it allows downloads for free....

pinky
too bright!
heheh, nonsense....
actually, for those of us who play too loud, it may be necessary.
LOL

the drums were recorded in another studio, and when i mixed this for the "Trouble" album, i did not have as strong of a rig to mix on, as i do now (this was done on a roland VS-1880 DAW)

but i hear you, i liked the drum performances better than the capture, but had to run with what i had.
i did not do much post production on the drum mix, i just tried to massage the tracks enough to keep them close to the original

now, i could tweak the hell out of them, i might remix this for a digital release, so thanks for the input.

saads
thanks for listening.

i kinda like the kick the way it sounds.
i definitely didn't want the proto-metal sound, it sounds more like a real kick.
a lot of kicks these days, just sound artificial to me, to much click, not enough 'whoomph'

LOL

still looking for the perfect kick sound
