This is a roughly mixed all instrumental track. My vocalist is out of town (should be back to record within a week or so). I figured I'd post this up to get some feedback right away.

Anything jumping out at you right away?

Pretty good for a rough mix. The drums are sounding good and the mix is working as a whole. A few comments about the guitars:

I feel like the guitars need to stay spread wide after 0:08 rather than being sucked into the middle. Throughout the whole mix the guitars seem a little one-dimensional due to their centered-ness. The lead that comes in at 2:10 also seems a little out of place in the mix. I think after the rhythm guitars are spread wider that lead will have a better place in the center, maybe with a little bit of a volume decrease. I'd cut the bass and maybe some mids on the acoustic at 2:15 a bit as well.

Good job on the tracking and staying true to the original! The mix is almost there, I'll be interested to see how the vocals sound once they're tracked!
