Windows ME and Home studio9 ?

Is anyone using Home Studio 9 w/ Windows ME and if so have you had any problems, especially dropouts?

I'm using CW Pro Audio 9 with ME without any problems.

Have you checked for Win ME drivers for your soundcard? That might be worth looking into if you haven't. I had some problems with my soundcard before I got the proper drivers. The Win 98 drivers worked(?), but I got occasional static until I loaded the ME drivers.

Thanks for the info. I am using a SB pci 16 SC and I could find no driver update for ME.

Interesting. They have them avail. for the SB Live product line (that's what I'm using).

Sadness.

I do not believe there are any ME drivers for the SoundBlaster PCI line. The PCI line is different from the SB Live line.

I'm not sure but I couldn't find a model called "SoundBlaster PCI 16". I found a SoundBlaster 16 (no ME drivers) and several SoundBlaster PCI[128,256,512] cards (no ME drivers).

Are you using an old Soundblaster 16? If so I would suggest a definate hardware upgrade.

been using cake with ME for awhile now with no problems whatsoever .

check for new soundblaster drivers.
