Will this computer work for my needs??

As long as you find the right drivers for Windows 7, I'd imagine you can do a lot with this. It's 200MHz bus speed, with no L3 cache. It might still be fine. Cache will a lot faster than RAM for executing commands, so 'anticipated data' :confused: will be stored here. If it isn't in L1, it checks L2. If it isn't in L2, it checks L3. There can be slight latency, but I don't think you'd notice unless you go bananas with the plug ins. Fetching instructions from cache is faster than calling upon system RAM, and a good cache design will greatly improve system performance more so than adding RAM. Still, for $400 it should be fine.
