I am running pro tools 9, cubase 5 le. With an mbox mini and a tascam us 1800. With alot of plugins..etc...

As long as you find the right drivers for Windows 7, I'd imagine you can do a lot with this. It's 200MHz bus speed, with no L3 cache. It might still be fine. Cache will a lot faster than RAM for executing commands, so 'anticipated data' will be stored here. If it isn't in L1, it checks L2. If it isn't in L2, it checks L3. There can be slight latency, but I don't think you'd notice unless you go bananas with the plug ins. Fetching instructions from cache is faster than calling upon system RAM, and a good cache design will greatly improve system performance more so than adding RAM. Still, for $400 it should be fine.
