Will otari hub fit teac x 1000r ?

Hello , new to the forum & trying to find an answer & thought this may be the place . I own a Teac X100R I had 1 of the TZ 612's crack , so I thought i'd get a pair of Otari's , when I got them I fiddled W/ them but hub won't fit . I thought most all hubs were universal ( Revox,Nab etc.) My mistake as I always wanted these hubs , but mabye should've researched this a little more . Mabye they're specific to Otari decks only ?

Not sure if they are interchangeable or not. You can still buy the hub adaptors from Teac. Whatever you do, try and avoid junkbay for parts whenever possible because of the inflated price. Their is a guy that posts almost every week new hubs that are almost twice the price that you can buy from Teac. Good luck.
