sounds like a bunch of midrange has been cut out and there's not much in the way of hi's either.

True I did alot of scooping on the guitars. And they are lacking in the highs. thanks, will tweak more now.
 
Good job overall, pretty loose in spots though, I'd punch some spots in, and you need some EQ seperation between the rhythms.. the lead should be a bit sharper than the rhythms imo. Seems like it gets right buried in places. One of my favorite Maiden tunes.
Liked the bass sound. The lead needs some more distortion to give it better sustain.

I'd enjoy giving a shot at the vocals if you need someone :)

Okay, here's a test with the first verse and chorus... I dunno, I've never tried to sing like Dickinson before but honestly I don't think I did a half bad job. Though I have a low voice and it is tough for me to sing some of those pitches, the chorus I had to lower an octave cause I just couldn't hit those registers. Thoughts by you or any other Maiden fans welcome.
