Why would "Scrach" Stab his TEAC with screwdriver?

I believe he is using a screwdriver to reset the counter to read "0000" on a TEAC open reel recorder. The reason, I believe, for the screwdriver is as the result of losing the plastic little button, hence the need for an external tool to reset the counter. Did I win anything, Doc ? :eek: :D ;)

heh heh! YES! I mean, if the "contest" was about having the same guess as mine. Also, what else can that be? So, I'd call it: "READY, SET, GO"-LSP style :D
But I'd say the "right answer" would be: "Stabbing The TEAC with a screwdrive is nothing comparing to burning down the entire house, so what would you expect from The Man." :D
 
That video shows an excellent example of how to work very effectively with only a few tracks by making use of mixing live to tape. Skills that are pretty rarely used these days.
