Who was that crazy slide gtr player??

Does anyone remember this guy? I am not sure if he is still around, but I heard his stuff once, and it below my mind! Can anyone remember who his name was and how to find him?

mediterranean slide

crawdad and philboydstudge come to mind you're talking slide. Firebird64 is a slide player, but I've never heard his stuff.
