Who Wants to become a moderator ?

What kind of policies would I enact? That's a good question, and you have a right to know. OK. You know Catbert? I would be like that, except the part about being a cat. I don't really like cats much. At all. I mean I don't hate them. I wouldn't kill a cat. But I wouldn't want to be a cat, either.

My general philosophy is that everything should be in balance. I get this from my stuffed panda, who teaches me about Buddhism (as interpreted by pandas) So when I ban somebody, I would give somebody else a flower. A virtual flower, because flowers are expensive, and my roses are dormant for the winter, so no more free roses for a while.

And when I move the group buy thread to Free Ads, I will also make the word "Naiant" appear like ******, like it's N o k i a ;)

You are a moderator, we all are, they just thought it safer not to tell you in case you did something stupid.

It sounds like you french guys now own this place. Why ask for moderators when dragon said that was exactly what he got you guys to do? Did he hire you guys to ask for moderators or did he sell you the place?

OK, I need to try out my new moderation powers so I can learn how to use them. I'm like the Greatest American Hero; they didn't give me the instruction manual. I'm thinking of white paper . . . white paper . . .

Anyway, I am going to practice on this thread. Nothing personal, I just need to try this stuff out. Here goes!

chili is from Texas thats a plu, but it looks like he/she is one of the rep whores.. 1.5 million rep power off of 877 posts...one third of those posts are in one thread..thats impressive...

true promised to move the New Rep point thread to the Cave if she were a moderator..im not betting on seeing that...

OK, that's enough playing around, I think I've got it all figured out. I can see IPs of every post, kinda cool, except some other boards let all members see that info :confused: There is one thing I haven't got yet, I have a check box next to every post, and when I check it, it turns the post yellow :confused: I doubt anybody else can see that, so I don't get it. Maybe it's so I can flag stuff for later :confused: :confused: :confused:

Wait a minute, how did everybody know I was a moderator :confused:

OK, I can ravage posts & threads at will, but I don't seem able to ban people. That's good and bad; good because you will all live, but bad because when a real spammer shows up, I can only delete their threads, but they can keep submitting new spam threads? Oh well.
 
Hey, I can read posts of the banned! I mean like sonusman c. 2000 :D You wish you were me :cool:

He. :D I'm not a rep whore, but I do like hanging out there to chat. If I get rep along the way, so be it. I also hang out in the clinic and get rep from comments I make there. It adds up, but I don't seek it out.
