Which vocal effects did they use ?

sounds like a chorus, and at the end, the vibrato sounds like it came out of auto tune, so the whole thing could have been done in autotune.
 
I went to download the song and it wouldn't let me, it said the file has been removed. I don't think this host (Tripod) accepts mp3 files.

I'm pretty sure LongWaveStudio was talking about Antares Auto-Tune because to my knowledge, there isn't another Auto-Tune (except Oberheim OB Tune which uses Antares technology).
 
i know you can make a chorus'd voice effect like that with autotune and that vibrato at the end of the phrase is a feature on autotune. it COULD be autotune (yes, antares), or it could just be some chorus unit with a vibrato effect put in aswell.
