which soundcard?

hey i'm a singer/songwriter pretty much writing for voice, guitar, and piano. i have a pc with windows 95 and a zoom mrs-4. i wanna stick my songs from my 4 track smart media card onto the computer to make them into mp3s and put them on cd but i don't think my pc's soundcard is gonna cut it. does anyone have any suggestions about what kind of soundcard would be best? hopefully nothing too expensive though... ? thanks, flo
