which soundcard?-I only need good S/pdif.

I am looking for a low cost sound card with a good digital in. I am running out of an akai multitracker so I don't need the analog ins. I want to spend as little as possible on the card without sacrificing quality. I appreciate your help

DAL makes a nice one and so does SB. Don't know which is cheaper.

How about the Emagic Audiowerk with 2i/o + spdif for $200. Does it work well with cubase 5.0 and sound forge
