Which is the more user friendly program?

Wow CEP is getting great response I see.

My problem with CEP is that their is no audio click track, which I need because I don't have MIDI, and I am pretty reliant on the clicktrack.
 
Audacity can generate a click track, which you could then save and import into whatever program you use as a new track.

i used to use ntrack too, that's pretty solid especially for the price.
 
Cool Edit Pro (Audobe Audition) is easy to use and has some decent effects.
 
Metronome=click track

Vegas has one too, but I usually use my own that I created in Acid.

Wow thanks! Can you do odd time signatures after even, even after odd, mix them up, etc?
