i currently use fl studio to make an album only to find out that they own all sounds and instruments in fl studio in the licenses section of their website. if i misread this please tell me!
so does this mean i cant see my recordings if composed in fl studio??
could anyone please tell me which software then allows us to use it for commercial purposes without like paying them a royalty or extra fee.
If the case on fl studio is that i cant sell my recordings then ive really wasted my time, money and effort making the album...

:D

It's no different than using a hardware synth...like say, a Roland keyboard. They own the sounds, but you can use them for recording, you just can't repackage their sounds and sell them as your *sounds*....get it?

If I'm not mistaken, Logic with all it's plug ins would be the best route.IMHO

Mixcraft. All the loops are royalty free but you have to purchase the software.

Like Miro said. You can use the sounds in FL to create music and sell the music, you just can't sell the sounds in FL as sounds. Don't worry about it, you can do anything you want with your music.

BTW, you don't buy a DAW for the sounds, you buy it for the workflow. You can get sounds from anywhere and use them with any DAW.
