Nick, I don't know if GC is carrying Oktava any longer. GC used Oktava mics as "loss leaders" for a few years to get folks in the stores. If you look on Ebay for Oktava you'll see the prices have gone up on all the mics. So even in your other thread where you were also thinking about a pair of MC012's – you still might have to pay quite a bit more for them.
Barring you finding a really good buy on MK319's, I'd recommend you get the SP B1's if you want a good pair of OH mics for around $200, and the Red5 Audio RV8 if you want a very good pair of OH mics for around $400.
No, B1's don't come matched. But there is some baloney about dots on them. They used dots in honor of me. The dots indicate something about dB output. So, if you just get B1's with the same color dots you'll be getting two mics that are close in output level.
