The MP3 Mixing Clinic is the go BUT,
As a matter of nettiquette you ought to scope it out for a little whle - suss out how, what & who (esp what sites to load up to, formats, hot links etc) as well as offering critiques/comments on a fe people's stuff before expecting the world to come running to your post.
There's plenty to learn there as well.
