where can I get an AC adapter for a porta two?

so I picked up a second four track to keep at the practice space to record song sketches... I figured its easier than carrying a 424 back and forth, right?

No AC adapter though... where can I get one? I have a bunch laying around from old guitar pedals and stuff, should I just try one? Any one? Its not a big deal because like I said, its just song sketches, not serious recording...

look in the manual to see what voltage and amps are needed to make it work. If it doesn't say there, look at the ac input on the back of the porta studio. If not there, ask someone online, maybe contact support. If you find out that info, and it's something standard like 300 or 500 mAMPs, then you can get a universal adapter at any electronics store.
