Where are the limiters?

ok im farely new, rather completely new with cubase. I have cubase sx, and i just wanted to know where are the limiters for the audio and midi?, cuz im trying to record instruments and i cant seem to find them. Thanks

In Cubase SE, there is a "Dynamics" Plugin that contains compression, noise-gate, and limiter. I would guess there is something similar in SX.

... or if you set the ratio on the compressor to 12:1 or above, that is limiting.
