What's the Difference?

What is the main difference between the Behringer Multicom Pro and the Autocom Pro? Which one would serve me better? I see that the multicom pro offers 4 channels while the autocom offers only 2. Help me out here..

I have the Multicom (not "Pro"). The diff is that it has more channels, but has no gates. It's ok for the money (I got it for $125). I also got the Multigate, so that I can gate all of my 4 channels.
