They don't sell necks with Fender decals, but the necks with Fender headstocks are made under a licensing agreement with Fender and can be used as direct replacements on Fender guitars.

Warmoth says, on their website, don't even ask them to put somebody else's (including Fender) on their headstocks! To do so would violate copyright law and end their licensing agreement with Fender.
They do supply a Warmoth decal with new necks (I just bought a fretless Precision neck from them in November) and you can make your own decals with Photoshop (or other graphics program) and a decal kit for ink jet printer.
Just don't use somebody else's trademarked logo. That's against the law.

Lots of people do as a matter of fact. I get asked many times. If you want a non fender with a fender logo you can't have. It's against the law in most countries and wrong both commercially and ethically to label something inaccurately. It's called counterfeiting or pirating.
That should answer all your questions. Now go ahead and be as pissy as you like.

i for one, would love a nameless tele...and have been thinking about getting a fenderish neck for my one tele-ish guitar..but got a little annoyed at the fact it wouldnt say fender...however i lost all this when i realized that would be really lame to put that on a guitar that is not what it really is...and nameless headstocks look cool.

I understand that Fender requires return of a damaged neck before they will send out a new one with "Fender" on it.
Me, I made up a decal for my Warmoth neck that says "Imprecision Bass" but I haven't gotten around to sticking it on yet. I don't mind the look of the bare headstock. Wood is nice.

I've bought several Fender decals off of E-bay from different sellers. So far I have 1 strat decal from around 1958, 2 from around 1963 and a 1964. I also have a couple of tele decals (Black and Gold) and one guy sent me both a tele and strat decal when all I ordered was a tele decal. They are not hard to find

I have several instruments with blank headstocks, all Warmoth necks. When I had a railing around a dance floor come out from under me one night, I came down on the neck of my favorite old Kramer Pacer, breaking it in half. I took the neck down to the Warmoth factory and they checked the radiius, width, fret size, etc., then found me a very nice replacement that looks very much like the original Kramer except this one is maple and the original had a rosewood fingerboard. I like the maple better.
The cool part is that the neck had what they considered a flaw (a slight wood grain discoloration on the fingerboard). I thought it looked cool, not flawed so I got what I wanted for 1/2 price.
Warmoth rocks.

I made this logo in Paint years ago and have used it on several kit guitars-this is my Tele. Its my initials combined into an emblem.

Thanks!! I actually have had to initial countless paperwork over the years and it's pretty much what my sloppily written initials look like-the headstock logo is just a cleaned up version.
