I saw this and figured it was another crappy plug-in that would make things muddier than I prefer. Out of curiosity I downloaded and found that it sounded great.

I've tried it out on a few different mixes and it every case it gives alot of definition where some of my mixes have failed before. Alot of people are going to say, if you do it right, you won't need that, but I was just wondering if anyone thinks it brings things to life as much as i have found.

Personally, I dig it!

It's got a cool character of it's own. It probably isn't for everything but, then, what is? It sure adds sparkle, depth, volume and punch to my little 4 track demos and does a MUCH better job of natural compression than anything that comes with Soundforge, Cooledit or any of the freebies I have.

I started with the presets but messed around enough to where I can get some nice settings on my own...the controls are different!

Check these out too! Very inexpensive and quite effective....particularly the limiter.

Ditto. Speaking purely for myself, it's the first dynamics plugin I've ever heard that did anything really useful, out of the box. I'm now using it quite often- and I'd have bet you a beer that I would *not*, back before I downloaded it.

Definitely worth a trial listen. Do you need it? You make the call- only your ears matter...

Closest thing to a distressor/fatso kinda thing that there is right now, plug-in wise, for native.

best plugin I have ever used.

I would gladly pay the $150 asking price for it.
