What's a "balance" rep point

My guess is you've either received no rep for a particular comment, or an equal number of positive and negative.
 
Sorry - I thought I was in the cave. :eek:

But I've had a couple and it's when someone leaves me rep - with a little comment. It's a different color (don't know what - I'm color blind).
 
Oh, well that's most likely rep from someone who has zero or negative "rep power."
