This song is definitely still a work in progress. I would've called it 'Call Me' except i already have a song with that title. I thought it could use some guitar i just haven't found the nice line....yet. Thanks. I like that, rhythm & soul.

Oh yeah...can this really be a 'song' if i only have 5 words repeated in various patterns throughout..do i need to come up with more lyrics or am I ok as is?????

This song would likely fit into a genre called New Jack, or it may find a comfortable spot in the Pop Jazz section. There are definitely jazzy and pop elements to the song though. The percussive element tends to lean toward pop, while the vocals tend to reflect jazz leanings, in my opinion. I got a bit of Anita Baker meets Enigma from it.
