What would yall do for this situation??

I am recording a pipe organ/trumpet cantata tommorow night at the heidelberg cathedral.WET room. SOAKING with reverb. (beautiful acoustics)

I have the following stuff on hand:

DPA 4061(pair)
MG sms2000(with card and hyper caps)
Neumann u87 pair)

preamps-dpa mma6000(pre for the 4061s)
m148(jensen transformer based 2 channel mic pre)

Wendt x4 mixer(4 in , 2 out)
Mytek stereo 192(that one will be in there, a given)

sound devices 722 HD recorder.

so I have 4 channels mixed down to 2....what do you think???

any and all suggestions on config, which mics.....ANYTHING would be great. vet/experienced/informed/knowledgeable. only please.....
