what 's a nice vocal Compression settings ?

hello, can some one tell me a nice vocal Compression settings ?

The Threshold, ratio, Attack Release ?

a threshold depends how dynamic the signal is

ratio- most people say 2:1 but i say play around wit it and see what happens

an attack- nothing lower then 2 ms

release- between .5 and 1

compression settings are music dependant, so these aren't rules to live by best thing to do is play around with it
