What patch is this? (Audio file inside)

it's not just one patch. It's probably a Rhodes piano with another organ synth behind it used with a pitch wheel.
and then you got the drums too.

Theres a rhodes piano panned to one side, with the sound I'm trying to figure out (organ :confused: ) panned to the other playing the same chords, but the sound is sustaining.
 
What you're looking for is almost certainly a sound that was programmed just for the song in question. It could just be a Rhodes sound that's had the amplitude envelope messed with...

Go to your favorite synth and bring up the edit mode. Key parameters to start with are the filter cutoff and resonance, then the attack, decay, sustain and release for both the amplitude and filter of the sound. You can go a long way with just tweaking these parameters if you start with a sound that is close to the end result that you have in mind. And, as always, do not be afraid to make mistakes --- if you make a total mess of it just don't save the sound!
