that distorted part near the end is neat too...

i would like to hear this developed some more, maybe with vocals...

Pretty cool. I like the very stereo parts in the drums:)
The acc guitar could use a bit of thickening up in the first section (until the distorted section) in my opinion. The end sounds pretty good as is.
If you plan to put a bass guit in there I would waite to make any guitar eq changes until after.

I like it. Very solid rhythm gtr playing. The jangly gtr tone balances the percussion nicely... sounds kind of low fi, like an sm57 a foot away. I can imagine it with a chant-like vocal over it, or a fast lead acoustic gtr, maybe a flute. Personally, I don't think the sound effects really fit.
