What Mic do you recommend?

I'm getting a DMP3 Preamp and i was wondering what a good mic would be for the preamp. I have about $120 and i was looking for something that will give me a clean sound. Any Suggestions? I was kinda thinking about a Marshall Large Diaphragm Condenser but i wanted to see what yall say first.



NOTE: I only record rap, singing, and a little R&B on my computer.

I want a mic that will have a warm sound with good hi end.
 
Yeah, those V67's would be the direction I'd look.

V67's or SP B1's seem to be the winning LDC's in that price range from what I've read.

I look on musiciansfriend.com and can't find the mic, can some one post a link where i may be able to purchase it at? TIA

I appreciate the information on the mic i'll take your word for it that its a good mic that's why i want to get one, i just need a link to buy one. TIA
 
I'll toss one in

the MXL 1006. I have very good luck with it.
