I see that alot of yall are doin it big here. I haven't really been able to get into makin music lately because i'm always at work. I have time before work but my mind is so cluttered with stuff i have to do, i can't really get into the music. I work at chic-fil-a makin $6.25 an hour. Been lookin for another job that pays more with less to do/less hours so i can concentrate more on music and college. Can't find nothin! I only work about 35 hours a week but i feel every single second of every hour because i NEVER stop moving. Been doin jobs like this for 3 years and i'm sick of it now. I just wanted to know what everyone else does for a living, what it pays, and how many hours do you get. Also, difficulty level of your work. I need a real job bad.

im in the Navy..will be retiring in a few years..:D

the i will fid a real job..LOL

Im a forklift driver and private investigations student. Pay is AU$24 an hour but im usually on night shift so its more like $30. Hours are long and my back feels like its broken. It hurts to sit up to play guitar or record so i dont get to do it much. Only on my (very rare) days off. Theres my whinge for the day

I work as a Customer Consultant for a major software firm.

I make around $70K a year.

I say the important thing is to have a job and good work history. Just keep working at it brother and something better will come along. When it does don't screw it up. Show up everyday, be respectfull, work hard, and go the extra mile.
I manage a delivery company and hire and fire warehouse workers and drivers all the time. I also like to promote from within. I have guys that have been around for years and do a good job and they are happy where they are. Every now and then I will get a guy who comes in and impresses me with his hustle and willing to learn. It is that guy that gets to keep his job and advance.
There is no shame in working hard and trying to do better for yourself.
Keep at it and don't stop looking.
