what is this vocal effect??

just curious..what and how is this vocal effect done? i cant tell if its a phaser, humanizer, flanger, a combo of all 3,.. or neither.

All I'm hearing is a really extreme autotuner. Maybe a really subtile chorus or flanger, I don't think there's a phaser in there.

It sounds like a splice, Loop and drop job to me. with reverb and flanger. Take the vocal track and chop it up. Loop Parts and drop others
